Lemon curd

Andrew and I made some lemon curd after tea tonight. The things we get up to while Kate is out on Tuesday evenings! Can’t go wrong with Delia’s recipe — the cheaty teaspoonful of cornflour helps a lot. Looking forward to eating some at breakfast. Mmm mmm mmmmm.
