Watching Raffles and drinking tea. My, but Anthony Valentine is excellent in the title role. And the tea is pretty good too.

When is it set? The series I mean; I know about the books.

At a guess, I’d say 1890s. Certainly late Victorian — they drink a toast to the queen.
