Substitutiary Locomotion
Ah, joy!
We’ve taken to watching a film as a family every Sunday afternoon, and this week’s choice was “Bedknobs and Broomsticks”. I have always loved it — Angela Lansbury using magic to fight the Nazis is perfect fodder for a musical, and Beth loved it. The special effects are decent for its time, and the animation is well integrated. Good songs too.
It is my second-favourite Disney film, after the amazing “One of our Dinosaurs is Missing”. Maybe we’ll have to watch that on a coming Sunday.

The animation is just beautiful and every piece drawn by hand.
Glad to see that Kate is keeping up with the Lego.
