Lemon curd

Andrew and I made some lemon curd after tea tonight. The things we get up to while Kate is out on Tuesday evenings! Can’t go wrong with Delia’s recipe — the cheaty teaspoonful of cornflour helps a lot. Looking forward to eating some at breakfast. Mmm mmm mmmmm.

As Andrew commented below, the recipe and photo are on Delia's web site (although we cooked from one of her books). Our effort looks remarkably similar to the photo on her site, and tastes really good. Yum.
