Treed off
We took down the tree and decorations this morning; the room isn’t so crowded now, and it feels that Christmas is well and truly over, and the new year has properly begun.
The Sky remote works a bit better too, now that there isn’t a tree and tinsel between me and the digibox. Beth enjoyed eating the last few chocolate decorations from the tree.
We went to Bella Italia for lunch today, to use a 50%-off voucher. Their special was a turkey dinner; not sure that there would be much demand for that this week. They tried to tell us that the voucher offer was only valid from Monday to Thursday; a brief consultation with the manager resolved the issue. Good pizza.
