Drummond Street
Off to Drummond Street for dinner this evening with Tim and Gareth. Drummond Street is just to the west of Euston station, and is known for its Indian restaurants and food shops. Our interest is particularly driven by the presence of several vegetarian Indian restaurants.
We ate at the Diwana Bhel Poori House, a bit of a favourite as we have enjoyed it before. Knowing that all the food is veggie makes it easy to share food around the table.
Now I’m back in the flat after a damp walk along to St Pancras for the tube, and then a wet walk along from Old Street to the flat. My deerstalker is quite soggy, but it kept my head dry.
