Does Baileys taste of coffee?

Almost all recipes for home-made Irish cream liqueur include coffee in some form. Since they are trying to replicate Baileys, does that mean that people think that Baileys tastes of coffee? Or is it just an “improvement” that people like to make?

According to Baileys website, their original Irish Cream contains cream, spirits, whiskey, and chocolate flavours. All of which I can believe when drinking it. I don’t like coffee, and tend to pick up on even a subtle taste of coffee, which I haven’t found in Baileys.

Mind you, I’d prefer a Brandy Alexander.

They've introduced a range of "Bailey's with a hint of ____" in the US, and one of the options is Coffee. So, apparently not.
