Coconutterly fair

This evening Kate and I shared a tub of Ben and Jerry’s new flavour “Coconutterly fair”, a chocolate ice cream with coconut caramel swirls and chocolate covered coconut caramel crunch. Really rather pleasant. Coconut is a delightful flavour and texture in ice cream, and I wonder why there isn’t more coconut ice cream on supermarket shelves.

It could have done with less chocolate in the mix, but I feel the same anti-chocolate fervour about other Ben and Jerry’s flavours. The crunchy bits were lovely, though.

At £2 for a 500ml tub in Morrison’s, well worth a go.
