I would have finished my work at the University of Dundee at the end of last month, but due to the scheduling of a final meeting to discuss my work, we delayed my last day till today. It has been an interesting three years; a good project to work on, colleagues who have provided excellent arguments and been fine luncheon companions, and an experience of the pace of life in academia.
We had a lunch out at the Jahangir today to celebrate my final day. I’ll miss our social (and sometimes over-long) lunches.
Work wise, I’m continuing with my contracting at Brightsolid — normally three days a week, but for the next few months it will be full-time, as we have a lot to keep me busy with.
